Vantico performance polymers manufactures a range of structural adhesives which consist of resin xy 141 and hardener xy 151. These structural adhesive come with two pack low viscosity, room temperature curing, transparent epoxy system and are perfect for crack filling in marble and granite. These structural adhesives are available with characteristics such as cures at room temperature; solvent free, transparent system; excellent adhesive strength; good mechanical properties; tolerance to vibration and grinding; polishable after curing and pigmentable to replicate the original cross section in marble and granite. The mixing ration is 100 parts [by weight] of resin to 10 parts of hardener. In case of crack filling the mixture of the adhesives are poured into cracks by guns like grease gun or suitable means and pigments added to the mixture for the original shade of marble/granite. For inlay work and broader cracks marble dust may be mixed into the system along with desired pigments.
